Deposition Officer Only Services
For clients who prefer to prepare their own subpoenas and notices, RM DOCUMENT PREPARATION provides seasoned, professional, licensed, and bonded Registered Deposition Officers ready to act as the Deposition Officer of record in your matter. Once appointed, our Deposition Officer will calendar the records date, manage receipt of the Deponent’s response(s), and copy the documents on or off-site using state-of-the-art scanning equipment. Upon completion, a secured, encrypted electronic copy of the Deponent’s response(s) will be delivered to you via email.
Important Disclaimer: When you contract with our office for Deposition Officer Only Services, such services do not include preparation of the Subpoena, Notice to Consumer or Employee, or any other related documents or forms. If you elect to prepare your own documents, you assume full responsibility for their accuracy, compliance, and legal sufficiency. RM DOCUMENT PREPARATION and its Registered Deposition Officers shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, defects, or non-compliance in client-prepared documents that may delay, impair, or void service, production, or enforceability of the subpoena.
