There are no hidden fees, or charges!
One Flat Fee regardless of same day service, rush service, normal service, nights, weekends and/or holidays. Our office personally handles the assignment from Start to Finish! We eSubmit the Proof of Service for cases out of Riverside County, California. The flat fee includes:

We make it fast, simple and secure to Upload Your Documents to be served by uploading them to our site, or scanning and emailing to [email protected] or facsimile at 888-410-8642. You can arrange for payment either via an emailed invoice or our "Make a Payment" option, all from the comfort of your own home! If you prefer to visit our office please call 951-823-9709 to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are extremely flexible including nights, weekends and holidays, but are by appointment to ensure one of our Registered Process Server's is available to receive your documents and gather any necessary or helpful information. Our telephone hours are equally flexible Monday thru Sunday from 8:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m..

What Sets Our Services Apart From The Rest?
Our diligent, seasoned, tenacious Process Servers are dedicated and motivated to effectuate proper service! They will frequently stay close to a location to await the return or departure of the party to be served, early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. Often times when the Sheriff has failed to effectuate service that puts the party on notice and makes it more difficult to effectuate proper service. In most cases, our Process Server's get it done where others fail. If they are unable to effectuate service after 3 attempts, our Process Server will contact you for additional information to achieve a successful service.
When you want your legal documents served professionally, efficiently, quickly and correctly, RM DOCUMENT PREPARATION and PROCESS SERVICE is your company! We will work hard to earn your trust and confidence! Businesses and Law Firm's that retain our Process Server services for more than 3 services in any given month are billed at a 10% discounted rate! We offer Attorney Accounts on a 30 day billing cycle.

Standard Service of Process: is any service that can be served within a few attempts (3) without being delayed by guards, gates, incorrect information or other circumstances that could prevent us from completing the service in a normal period of time.
If these kind of conditions are later determined to be a factor, our office will contact you to discuss other options to complete the service of process. First attempt made within 24 hours AFTER our office receives the documents for service, unless otherwise requested by client. Documents received after hours or weekends will be process next calendar day, unless otherwise requested by client. Our Process Servers are on call nights, weekends and holidays at no additional fee.
