Our History
       Our Team started in 1989, after being in the profession for a period of time and realizing a significant need for professional legal document assistance to be made accessible and available to individuals who may not have the current financial resources to retain counsel.

      RM Document Preparation and Process Service also maintains business relationships with numerous seasoned California attorneys for Limited Court Appearances and/or potential Substitution into your case, should the need arise and based upon their acceptance of same under that attorney's separate agreement . 

       Additionally, due to the advantages of technology, more attorneys over the years have been working from home offices, maintaining smaller offices, reduced their physical staff presence and started utilizing experienced virtual paralegals, process servers, deposing officers, court runners and notary public's as independent contractors for their day to day office needs and/or a specific area of law that their current staff may be unfamiliar with. Our Team has had the pleasure to serve numerous Law Firms across California, including, but not limited to Teamster Panel Attorneys.
