Deposition Officer Service with Document Preparation

Our Licensed, Bonded Registered Deposition Officers will:

  • Prepare all required subpoena paperwork for client review and approval (i.e. Subpoena and Notice to Consumer or Employee;
  • Serve the required Notice to Consumer or Notice to Employee, when applicable;
  • Research the Agent for Service of Process (if any) through the California Secretary of State’s database (Please note: our office is not responsible for inaccuracies when an incorrect deponent name or entity is provided by the client);
  • Calendar on-site records production when necessary, with proactive coordination between the production location and the client;
  • Calendar mail-in records production and track response deadlines;
  • Receive original records, certify, copy, and/or convert them to secure, encrypted electronic form and apply electronic Bates labeling or numbering as needed;
  • Distribute production copies to authorized counsel and/or self-represented litigants in secure encrypted PDF format; and
  • Maintain custody of the original production documents in accordance with applicable regulations.

Please Take Note: This fee does not include process service upon the Deponent or entity’s Agent For Service of Process.
