Our Licensed, Bonded & Insured Deposition Officer's will:

  • Prepare paperwork for client review & approval;
  • Serve Notice to Consumer, Notice to Counsel;
  • Contact each Custodian of Records on file with the California Secretary of State, FDIC etc.;
  • Calendar ON-SITE records production when necessary, with proactive communication between location and client;
  • Calendar MAIL-IN records production;
  • Calendar and execute PICK UP records production;
  • Receive original records, certify, photocopy and/or convert to electronic form, prepare with electronic bates numbering or labeling, for distribution to authorized counsel and/or an in pro per who is acting as their own attorney in a case;
  • Deliver production copies, paper form and/or CD conversion, on production date;
  • Maintain original production documents;
